Through the Hearts of Hospice Community Outreach Program, we partner with local businesses and residents to ensure that America's first hospice continues to deliver the highest quality of care. By supporting The Connecticut Hospice, you help us provide compassionate, dignified end-of-life care for our patients and their families.

Many of the essential services we offer, which create peaceful and meaningful moments, go beyond what Medicare reimburses. These services are only possible through private donations.

• Art Therapy: Helping patients and their loved ones create meaningful memorabilia to cherish forever.
• Bereavement Services: Offering grief support groups and counseling to families, free of charge.
