Every Fall The Connecticut Hospice community of patient families, friends, and caregivers gathers to celebrate and remember loved ones who passed away during the previous twelve months. While the live-streamed version was introduced during COVID, it has become a great way for those who are unable to attend the actual ceremony participate. The video of the live event will remain available on our YouTube channel for at least a year allowing anyone with the link to view it, no matter where they are located.
As a not-for-profit, we depend on generous donors to help us provide customized services and therapies that aren’t completely covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance.
